Hello,
I'm encountering an issue with the approval flow on RITM record. I'm using Flow Designer as part of my flow and to ask for approval twice. After the first approval, the state changes to "Approved" for a second, but then it reverts back to "Requested" when the second approval request is triggered.
Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? Here's the approval rule I'm using:

Also as part of this problem, after approving in the first time, the state of all other approvers should be "No longer needed..."
