Apptoval not triggring for HR Cases

Approvals are not getting triggered for the cases, even though the correct conditions have been configured in the To-Dos setup.

Could you please review this and help identify the issue? Kindly refer to the screenshot below for more details.

Hi @Astik Thombare,

 

perhaps a dumb question but I have to ask it... your approvers are dynamically set as per Subject person's manager or Opened for's manager... Are these managers defined and active? Does it happen (eventually not happen as we talk about not triggering) for all the users?
