Archiving related records of related records

The docs say in order to cascade I need to have a separate archive rule for each level of related record. So for example I want to archive a control, indicators for the control, indicator results for the indicators, and supporting data for the indicator results. My current setup is:

Archive rule on Control

-Archive related record for Indicator with

    -Archive rule for Indicator

-Archive related record for Indicator Result with

        -Archive rule for Indicator Result

-Archive related record for Supporting Data

So I have 3 archive rules for 4 tables and the conditions for all 3 are super repetitive (if result's indicator's control's active is false). Is there any better way to do this?

Hi @aaronliprime ,

You can use the below logic :How to Archive a related record whose parent is already archived - Support and Troubleshooting
