Are There Out-of-the-Box ServiceNow Scripts that use the Guest User account?

The ISSO for my environment is capturing logs that show the Guest User attempting to communicate with the ECC.  And his logs show the Guest User attempting to impersonate.  Our Guest User account is deactivated.  Therefore, are there any Out-of-the-Box, ServiceNow scripts that use--or depend on--the Guest User?

If you rummage you can check script includes by looking for that in the left menu just like looking for business rules. However there may be possibilities, explanations, and areas we may not know to look and may not have access to or may misinterpret, so the most ironclad way is to get the answer from ServiceNow support and it will carry weight with the person asking for it.

I have seen guest referenced in Surveys  and KB articles( a survey that can be completed or a KB that can be accessed by user that isnt logged in). I think guest is referenced in unauthenticated user action with platform. You can try to search for Business rules and Script includes that may refer to guest account.  If you want to fully ensure it isnt a security issue you (the admin if your not the admin) can Open a ticket with ServiceNow for hopefully official reassurance if this is out of box behaivior.

Thank you very much Bammar!  Yeah, I believe I will have to open a case with SerivceNow.  Meanwhile, I will rummage through our Business rules to see what I can find.  Is there a way to see the Script includes?  Or is this proprietary information not shared by ServiceNow?
