As an ITIL User, I want the My Work and My Group's work filters and the My Work and My Group's work widgets on the default ITIL Homepage to be the same, so that I can always be seeing the correct tasks that I should be working on

Navigation Menu:

• My Work - The filter criteria should be:
  • Assigned To is the currently logged in User
  • Active is True
• My Group's Work - The filter criteria should be:
  • Assignment Group is all Assignment Groups of type "Assignment" or "Agile" that the currently logged in User is a member of
  • Assigned To is empty
  • Active is True

Default Home Page:

• My Work Widget - The filter criteria should be:
  • Assigned To is the currently logged in User
  • Active is True
• My Group's Work Widget - The filter criteria should be:
  • Assignment Group is all Assignment Groups of type "Assignment" or "Agile" that the currently logged in User is a member of
  • Assigned To is empty
  • Active is True

Hi Krushna,

Homepage is comprised of Reports. If filters on the Module is to be same as Report on the dashboard you can edit the Reports: My Work & My Group Work with required set of filter. It is not that the filter if modified at module level will update/work at the dashboard/report level. These are two different things & will have to be hadled separately.

Hi Krushna,

1.In navigation bar , type My work then click on penile icon or edit icon.

In section ,you can see the link type and you need add the condition .

following are screenshot for your reference.

2 For My work group: same process to add the condition

 add

assignment group to javascript:getMyAssignments()

active is true

3. For Homepage,

Select ITIL Homepage and go to my  work , click edit button

You have to add the filter condition in that my work widget 

4 . Same for process for My work group homepage widget.
