Ask for Approval not sending approval to user only Group

Hi All,

I have an approval sent to the group manager and the approval is skipped. I have tested adding the group to approval as well as the manager and the approval is only triggered to the group and not the manager. The manager is active and has the approver role, and both fields are reference fields.

The result: 

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

did you check flow properties, what is set to the field -Run As?
