We have a requirement to assign an SCTASK to the person who is currently working on a particular shift.
For example, based on the selected Company and shift we need to identify the person who is currently working on that shift and assign the SCTASK to that particular user.
How can we identify who is working on that shift and automatically assign the SCTASK to that user?
Is there any standard ServiceNow functionality or recommended approach for this?
