Hi 

these is assignment rule I have created Screenshot (251).pngScreenshot (252).png

but its not populating the assign to on incident form :

can anyone please help!!

they are the member of group but still not populating

That is reason my friend, if a user is not part of group, record will nor get assigned if assignment group is populated. 

 

Think, you are in IT department, will you okay if someone assign any incident of Legal depart on yoru name?

• Verify conditions match incident criteria.
• Check assignment group configuration.
• Ensure correct rule order.

2. User Membership in Group:
• Confirm user is added to the assignment group.
• Double-check group membership and roles.
