My requirements are as below : This is very complicated task so need your help in this and all 3 should work together.
1) Assignment group should be updated based on configuration item support group
2) If assignment group is already populated and if configuration item is changed, then the assignment group should remain the same as it is populated from a incident template.
3) If assignment group is empty, then only the assignment group should be updated based on CI support group.
