Assignment Group Field Not Visible in ATF for Policy Exception Record

Hi All,

I'm facing an issue with Automated Test Framework (ATF) in ServiceNow. When I manually create a Policy Exception Record (PER), I can see and set the Assignment Group field without any issues.

However, when I create the PER using an ATF test case, the Assignment Group field is not visible at all, causing my test case (which checks for this field) to fail.

Has anyone encountered this before? Is there a way to make the Assignment Group field visible during ATF runs, or do I need to configure something in the form or test setup?

Thanks in Advance,

@Sachin G K1

the user which you are using in ATF to create new record has correct access to view that field?

Any onload client script or UI policy is hiding it?

Did you try running ATF with admin role and see?
