Assignment Group was not showing assignment groups list when we click magnifier glass in Agent Workspace

 

In HR Agent Workspace it was populating automatically when we click on magnifier glass of assigned group.

 

Do we need to configure any where ?

Greetings!

check if you are using current object in the reference qualifier. 

it may not work in agent workspace.

if current object is not being used, seems like the issue is being faced by other users too.

I suggest creating Hi Support case for this issue.
