Assignment rules doesn't work

Hi guys, i have problem with Assignment rules for walkup experience, added in the condition 

Assignment group and Location, and filled user in Assigned to tab, and nothing happens, it's always empty =(

Can you share maybe a screenshot of what you're talking about?

Like the condition for that assignment rule to trigger and then what you're setting.

OK,

What you show is the assignment rule itself. Did you also create a Matcher before under:

> Routing and Assignment > Matching Rule

I guess this must be done upfront to trigger your assignment rule.
