I have a need to switch catalog items on submitted requests when users use the wrong item, instead of cancelling and having the user re-enter all the same information twice.
Is it possible to simply change the Catalog Item to another?
@MWright1 You can make use of order guide for this requirement. In order guide, you can show few question to user and based on that selection you can submit multiple catalog items.
