ATF - Change Management - g_form is not defined - Create new normal change from platform

Hi All,

I'm writting ATF to create normal change from platform where I wrote click 'create new' module under change and click normal change card then continue and validate the field values but even I validate or set values it is throwing below error.
FAILURE: Unable to run field values validation, g_form is not defined. A valid form must be open before validating values.
But the new normal change form is open and I able to see the form in test runner still it's saying valid form is not open.
I wrote the ATF in global application as well.

Thank you!

Hi @Kiruthika J ,

Can you bypass the interceptor steps and directly open a change

1)Open a form - Table - change_request

2)Set Type - Normal and validate other fields

and also we can't see the screenshot details - could you paste the large size  screenshot once - refer here :https://www.servicenow.com/community/upgrades-and-patching-forum/known-issue-in-the-servicenow-commu...

Hope it helps!

Hi Hemanth,

Thanks for your reply. I enlarged the attached image. I want to go it in this way.
1. Go to change module
2. Click create new
3. Click normal card
4. Click continue (where type = normal, change form will open)
5. Do validation like type = normal
5. set field values

Instead of inserting new change or open form.
Is it possible in Australia release?

Thank you!
