ATF Configuration to add attachments to a record producer in Employee center portal does not work

We are trying to create a Test in ATF with following Test steps :
Impersonate
1.Open a Record Producer (SP)
2.Set Variable Values (SP)
3.Add Attachments to Form (SP)
4.Submit Record Producer (SP)

On running the test the test fails at step 3 with the following error :

Can someone please help me fixing this.

This is a known error in servicenow. Refer this KB Article by them -

You need to add this as manual step for testing.

are you running this test as an admin?

Are you opening that record producer in custom portal or an OOB one?

if it's for custom portal then ServiceNow won't help and seems some issue with your portal.

Try to give some timeout for Step 3 (10/20 seconds)

It worked for me with in sp portal

Good Evening and Thank you for your quick response! ATF test configuration for Service portal works fine the issue is mainly with the Employee centre portal.

I am mainly looking into ATF Test configuration for  the attachment upload for a record producer that is opened in Employee center portal that does not work as expected. This is reproducible in OOTB instance where Employee center portal is not customized.
Can you help me with this please!
