Hi Everyone, can anyone help me with the ATF creation for below mentioned requirement:
I've implemented up to 3rd step but getting error while checking email logs.
Go to service catalog and open DevSecops request
Verify all the mandatory fields are enforced
Fill all the required fields and submit
Go to email logs and verify that email is sent to approver.
Open RITM and approve the approval
Go to email logs and verify that 'DevSecOps Ticket-approved request' is sent
Check the RITM status to validate it is completed
Thanks in advance!

Hi Shraddha,
Follow the steps below to achieve your requirements:
- Open a Service Portal page
- Open a Catalog Item (SP)
- Validate Variable Values (SP)
- Validate State Validation (SP)
- Set Variable Values (SP)
- Submit a Form (SP)
- Validate Outbound Email
Or you can also follow the steps below for a clear visualization of each step. To validate if an email is getting triggered, follow these steps:
Impersonate a user:
For approving the request:
- First, impersonate the user.
- Navigate to the "My Approvals" module (or the relevant table for approvals).
- Record query the approval with respect to the RITM and apply some filter conditions.
- Click an UI action: Approve.
Go to email logs and verify that the 'DevSecOps Ticket-approved request' email is sent. Refer to the above screenshot for detailed steps or you can use 'Validate Outbound Email' test step.
Record Query on RITM and Open an Existing Record (RITM): Validate the state of the RITM.
Please mark my answer helpful if it helps you and accept it as a solution to assist the ServiceNow community.
Thanks and Regards,
