I have added steps and run multiple test cases for which ATF test case that I am getting the below error message.
can you help me? why is it?
--This step failed because the client error 'Couldn't find Crypto Module: no thrown error' was detected on the page being tested. See failing Test Logs. To ignore these errors in the next test run, use 'Add all client errors to warning/ignored list' links.--

Hello Chunn,
Looking at the error that you just posted it looks like a client side error that has occurred. Can you please check your custom test steps if any, or any scripts that may be failing in backend, while you run your test.
Also, I found one article ServiceNow Product documentation related to the issue you are facing, please take a loot at it too for your reference. I am attaching the link down below.
https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/vancouver-application-development/page/administer/auto-test...
I hope this helps you resolve your issue. If you find this answer helpful, please mark this as correct and helpful. Thank you.
