When I tried to Submit a Form on change request table using ATF there is an error and the error says This step failed because the client error 'ReferenceError: changeRequestDateMsg is not defined' was detected on the page being tested. See failing Test Logs. To ignore these errors in the next test run, use 'Add all client errors to warning/ignored list' links.

Open the failed test run.
In the related link click "Add all client errors to ignored list" links.

The correct solution is
Cause
Out of the box sys_ui_annotation record with sys_id 6a68f68387613200eb01ff0b84e3ec24 is missing, or has been modified.
Resolution
- If the annotation is required, then it can be imported from a working instance, or the attached XML.
- If the annotation is not required, then the Client Script "Hide Date Message if Empty" needs to be de-activated.
