ATF - How to add attachment to catalog item before submit?

Hi,

In ATF, how do you add an attachment to a catalog item?  I cannot find a test step that allows you to do that. The test steps, "Open a new form" and "Add Attachments to Form", do not work for me. It has to be "Open a Catalog Item" test step and then after that step, I would like something that would allow me to add attachment to a Catalog Item. Does anyone know how to do this in the Tokyo version of ServiceNow ATF?

No. I gave up on it and used Test Management instead.
