ATF issue in workspace

Hi,

I am creating an ATF test case for CSM workspace, i am getting an error please. I never used 'company' field at all. Kindly help.

Probable cause 1 : (Refer: KB0819775 ATF is unable to set a field on a form )

Cause

  • The cause of the issue is that field is to be visible only on a view - "yyyyy", whereas the form is opened by the ATF using the Default view
  • Hence, ATF is unable to find the field on the form

Resolution

  • By adding the view name - "yyyyy" in the STEP - "open an existing record", ATF is able to set the values to field successfully

Hi @Tanushree Maiti my mistake was, i was pointing to the wrong field as I am new to CSM, I don't know which field to use.
