ATF - Redirect to a link in service portal

Hi Team,

I have test to run where the step should include Redirect to a knowledge page in service portal and click on helpful yes/no.
We are unable to find a step for redirection and to open a form in sp throws error(g_form not defined, fixed in new york)
Has anyone come across this scenario, any alternative would be helpful.

It is said as per this link that this issue will be fixed in NewYork upgrade

but I am unsure whether this has been fixed . Try the same stuff in NewYork and let me know if it helps or not
