Hi all,
I want to open my Custom Workspace landing page via ATF in ServiceNow, Workspaces are not modules in the sys_app_module table in the traditional sense. While the modules that launch a workspace (like "Agent Workspace" under the "Workspace" application menu) are sys_app_module records, the workspace itself (the UI Builder experience) is a different construct. Thanks in advance.

I am not 100% sure, but did you try the ATF with OOTB workspace then possibly with ATF as well else no.
