Hi Everyone, I'm creating a test in ATF to cancel a request, the problem is that after I open the requested Item record, the 'Cancel Request' Button never appears, so the 'Click UI Action' never executes. The record is being shown like this:
and I'm not sure why it is not showing any buttons.
These are the steps it is following:
I'd really appreciate if someone knows about this. Thanks in advance. 🙂

As far I understood, You impersonated with end user and end user does not have any role,
kindly check which user with role can cancel the RITM.
According to me you need at least itil role user to cancel.
So after creating request impersonate with required role and open the RITM record. Cancel button should visible now.
