How to move around 800 script from one instance to another through import of table? Can anyone give those table name as well? or this is best practise or not?

Scripts are your business logic. To move them, you can use Update Sets and ensure that all required components are captured in the Update Set.
Please confirm if my understanding is correct, or let me know if there is any additional consideration.

If these are configuration records like Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc. then Update Sets or Application Repository/Source Control are the recommended approaches, not exporting/importing tables. Importing table records can lead to missing dependencies and inconsistent configurations.

Capture all of them in an update set and move it. This is the best practice.
