Attachament file .eml and .msg not able to preview in csm workspace

Hi Team,
In CSM workspace if we attached .eml and .msg file and in csm workspace in attachment if we want to preview it is not supporting only download option is there. But if we want to preview those 2 file type what are steps and if it is not possible then if we want to convert into .pdf or html what to do.
Please help if anyone knows.

No. ServiceNow has a way to display certain attachment types so they can be previewed, but these are not among them (yet). You could register an idea (or check if there already is one and upvote it) to get it on the backlog.
Downloading is the only quick way to do this.
And using ServiceNow to convert file types may also not be the most efficient way to do. Especially with these kinds of file types. Maybe don't allow them to be added?
