Attachment are not getting uploaded if the user id is more than 40 characters in service portal.

Any possible recommendation to fix this?

Only on Service Portal this is happening.

The Same user can do upload using the attachment upon creating the tickets.

For attachment - default widget is used no customization done.

I can't imagine it being a user Id issue if they can upload in another way. If you test with the attachment variable on a catalog item on the portal does it still have the issue?

This is happening only for few users. That too creating ticket portal and in the platform as well.

After creating it is fine. Uploaded file is also not storing in sys_attachment table for those cases.
