Attachment icon doesn't respond in workspace.

Hi All,
The attachment icon is not working in workspace. If I click on it nothing happens.
If I open this table record outside of workspace, I can see an attachment there.
Please help me understand why it is happening.

was this working fine earlier and you recently upgraded?
Is that working for other table records?

Thanks for your reply.
So, it works on another instance that is on Yokohama Patch 7 hotfix2B
and the one on which it is not working in Workspace but working outside of Workspace is on Zurich Patch 3 Hotfix2.
and in the same instance that is on Zurich, on the other table the attachment is working.
