Attachment icon is not visible on catalog form in service portal

Hello Guys,
while working on the catalog implementation in portal i observed that the attachment icon at the bottom of the page is missing
We have more than 58 catalog items our client wants the possibility to attch the documents on all the catalog item form in portal, Do we need to build a custom solution for catalog attachments?
Please suggest me on this topic.

Hello
I observed that the page "sc_cat_item" contains the widget "SC Catalog Item Deprecated v2" and this widget doesnot contain the attachment icon and whenever we were clicking on the catalog item it was redirecting to the page "sc_cat_item", i have created page route map to redirect from "sc_cat_item" page to custom page which includes "SC Catalog Item Deprecated" widget which has the attachment icon in it.

whenevr i was clicking on the catalog item it used to take me to the "sc_cat_item" page which has this widget "SC Catalog Item Deprecated v2" which doesnt include the OOB attachment icon and hence i have created the page route map to redirect from "sc_cat_item" page to custom page which includes the widget "SC Catalog Item Deprecated" which has the Attachment icon in it.
Do you have any other easiest solution, Please suggest me if any as i am new to portal development and needs guidance.

Why are you using the deprecated widget?
Use the new widget and your problems should be solved.

Hi,
Please check with below steps:-
Step 1:- Navigate to the particular catalog item in Native UI and open particular catalog item. And go to portal setting page and check with hide attachment checkbox. Just unckeck that one if checked.
Step 2:- Go to portal and open your choosen catalog item and verify that the attachment icon should visible.
