Attachment not getting attached to case in CSM

Attachment not getting attached to case. I'm sending/replying email with watermark of case.

Although received in "sys_email" table as shown in below screenshot but it not getting attached to case table.

I trigger email using "email client" from case form having case watermark to my email box.

Now i replied to that email with attachment from my mailbox to servicenow instance.

I checked in "sys_email" and received my email and same updated in work notes of case. But attachment is not attached to case form.

This attachment is coming in sys_email and attachment table but just not attached to case form.

Hi @Hafsa1 ,

 

from the screenshot which you have attached you can see email logs tab, open that tab and see which inbound email action got executed when email is received

there is no inbound action for it.
