Hi @CVM1997

Practically this should not be the case, but check ACL  and role of the user and compare with other user.

Verified ACL's on the security incidnet task (SIT) but none helped anything in particular can be checked?

HI @CVM1997

My friend @Anand Kumar P  already mentioned the few steps

Can you check the attribute no_attachment on the collection field on incident table.

Also check any client script has code to hide the icon using DOM or g_form.disableAttachment().

Hi @CVM1997 ,

Can you check whether user has access on the Attachment Table. Pls check those ACLs & accordingly if any role is missing provide & check.

Thanks,
