We have some clarification from the PDI team now. New software installations across the PDI server infrastructure have temporarily caused several instances to go offline. The affected PDIs will remain unavailable until the installations are complete. Thanks for your patience in the meantime!!
No option to recover it, only have patience and wait. You will not lose your data. Wait can be longer but wait is only option

If you do not have any urgent work in your current PDI (offline) , you can wait as backend maintenance is currently in progress in your PDI, and your instance will be up and running once the maintenance is completed.
As mentioned in the Community Admin’s response in the : PDI offline thread, the team is proactively coordinating with the PDI team to resolve the issue as soon as possible, given that direct support for PDI is not available.
If you have urgent work, in that case , you can leverage using related Lab instance Or Release your instance and request for new (Australia).
