Dear Community,
I have a requirement that when a Major Incident is resolved manually, associated all the Incident Communication Plans (ICP) should be closed. In my system each Major incident is having 3 Incident Communication Plans (ICP) and each Incident Communication Plans (ICP) is having 3 Incident Communication Tasks. For closing any Incident Communication Plans (ICP) we need to complete all the 3 child Incident Communication Tasks. Attaching the screenshots for more clarification. Can you help me in to achieve the requirement?
