In ServiceNow, I need to automatically generate assessments (asmt_assessment_instance) for records in the pm_program table that have a "state" field value of 2. However, instead of generating this assessment immediately after it changes to that value, it should instead generate it 6 months later, and then there should be a frequency of every 6 months after that. I understand that there is some out of box functionality that determines frequency, but I don't really understand how it works and the documentation on ServiceNow's website doesn't really help.
