How to auto link ServiceNow User account to MS teams for virtual agent.
I have enabled Automatically Link ServiceNow user profiles option while installing the Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams plugins. But still when a user start the conversation with the bot on MS teams for the first time it tell them to link to ServiceNow.
