Auto-populate feature does not working for non-itil users

we created requested for variable and auto populated the  user details  from user table like username , location and email variables using auto populate functionality . it is auto populating for itil users.

for users with no role auto population is not working.

Could you please check if the users have the access for auto populate related things.
May Itil user have the access so that time the functionality are working. Please find the atleast role for access and provide the user.
