auto populate translated text of comments in portal using dynamic translation

Is there any way to show auto translated comments in user preferred language without clicking translate option in portal using Dynamic translation ?

No mate it is not possible. user need to click on icon.

Out-of-the-box in ServiceNow, it is not possible for Dynamic Translation to automatically translate activity stream comments on the Service Portal without the user manually clicking the translate icon. Dynamic translation is designed as an on-demand, user-triggered feature
