Hello! In the Service Operation Workspace, after I create an Incident or a SLA, the homepage is not refreshing automatically but only after I refresh the browser. How can I fix that?

Hi @Maddalena,
Whilst baseline configuration and Out Of Box this is not available, there is a system property available that prompts to refresh when there has been an update to a list.
