I have a requirement to populate below field value in alm_hardware table based on the asset selected in the service catalog and when a SCTASK is closed. If multiple asset selected in the service catalog then it should update all asset in alm_hardware table.
State - In Use.
Substate - None
Assigned to - Requested For
Above field value will populate when a SCTASK is closed and in the service catalog we have a field called "Service Type" and choice value is "Install/Deploy".
I need help in writing the script as am not good in it. Please help how to achieve this.
