Hi All,
I have tasks being added to a specific visual task board.
Some of these task come in as priority 1 or 2.
Can something be scripted or configured to automatically add a label to the card on the visual task board based on priority of the ticket?
So add the High Priority Label to the card.
Thanks!
Alex

Hi there,
Thanks for getting back to me!
So I have a vtb called 'Data Management Board', this reads from the task table and is filtered to show any task that is assigned to group 'Data Management' - which will only be incidents or catalogue tasks.
Here is some test tasks I created than came through as priority 2 -
The labels are just out the box ones currently, but I was just looking to use the High Priority to label these specific tasks.
Please let me know if you need any more info/screenshots.
Thanks again,
Alex

Hi there,
You can script this or use Flow Designer.
This should help you:
