Automatically assigned the 'Enquiry Type' value as 'Refer a friend for a current vacancy'

Should populate automatically the 'Enquiry Type' value as 'Refer a friend for a current vacancy' in HR Case . This value is coming from HR Service Options in HR Service. How i can configure this through script?
