Automating Daily ServiceNow Health Report Email (MID Servers, Jobs, Integrations)

Hi Team,

Currently, I am sending a daily ServiceNow health report manually via email. The report includes:

Instance availability (Prod / Staging / Dev)
MID Server status
Scheduled job monitoring
Integration sync status
Interface health checks

Right now, I collect the data manually and send a formatted email (sample attached).

Goal

I want to automate this process so the report is generated and emailed daily without manual effort.

Expected Outcome

An automated daily email with health status in a structured format.

Any guidance or real-world implementations would be appreciated.

Hi @nameisnani

Yes, it is possible, but not in this format. This is a fully customized format that is applicable only to your client. You would need to build a separate report in ServiceNow , and then integrate the required values. It is not a straightforward process.

SN provides OOTB report you can use that.

What did you already try and where are you stuck?

What's even the upside to sending this email? Why not use the OOB dashboards/reports that are available to monitor in real time?
