Autopopulate Assigned to from Parent record

I need the field "Assigned to" from the "project_change_request" table to be automatically populated with the user selected in the "Project Manager" field of its parent (a project) when creating a new record.

Can it be done without scripting and just plain configuration?

3 Options

1) Before insert business rule

OR

2) You will have to use onChange client script

OR
3) you can use flow which triggers on record insert

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
