Avaya (or other telephony) integration

There was some discussion at the user conference regarding Service-now.com integration(s) with an Avaya telephone switch. Anyone done anything in this area? Care to share what and how? What is the practical value for IT operations (i.e., Is it worth the effort?)?

I know we're doing a custom screen pop based on ACD information at Qualcomm. If memory servers, there's some Avaya software on the client that initiates the screen pop and passes us information on the URL. Based on that, we pre-populate an incident with the caller's information and present it to the technician.


We are interested in integrating CTI Screen Pop with Service Now and use Avaya phone systems. Do you know of anyone else who is using this?

Has anyone figured out and is successfully pulling Avaya PBX reports into ServiceNow? If so, would you care to share the process?
