Average age of open Request - no data available

Hello ServiceNow Experts, so I added a report, an OOTB indicator (Average age of open Request) on my dashboard.
However, it is showing as no scores available. Where should I go to check why this is not working as expected it to be? Thank you.

Hi @tinndizz,
You can check the automated indicators below the formula indicator if any scores has been collected. If not, then you should also look at the PA job to verify if the job is actually running or not.

The automated indicator utilized in the widget can be located here:
You can see if there is collected any score on the automated indicator under the related links "Scores for this indicator":
The Job can be located in the related list on the automated indicator:

it seems like I do not have automated indicators module on my instance -
And then if I go to Indicators and search for 'Average age of open Requested Item' it isn't there..
But that indicator shows up under Data sources on the Dashboard as Indicator
