Average age of open Request - no data available

Hello ServiceNow Experts, so I added a report, an OOTB indicator (Average age of open Request) on my dashboard.

However, it is showing as no scores available. Where should I go to check why this is not working as expected it to be? Thank you.

Hi @tinndizz ,

 

Have you installed performance analytics on your instance (I assume that you're working in a PDI).

It is my client's instance. Do we need license to install it? Sorry, I am fairly new to all of this. Sorry for all the dumb questions.

Yes, performance analytics is licensed. Either a solo license or part of the ITSM Pro.
