Azure DevOps Integration Using Integration Hub

Hi ,

 

I am working on Azure DevOps Integration, where I need to fetch the user stories into ServiceNow .

To set up the connection we are having child aliases set up in the system, but when I tried to establish the connection I am not able to see the child aliases populating in the dropdown of Flow designer action.

Please help me here.

Hi @PritiVinodT ,

 

Please check the following

 

  • Make sure the child alias is correctly associated with the integration action or profile or Parent Alias .
  • If the record is a parent alias, select the Child Aliases tab.
  • If the record is a child alias, select the Parent Alias record and then select the Child Aliases tab.
