I have created a custom state field having 5 choices on sc task table
If custom state is “review” user can able to see requirements/canceled
like wise
requirements —->execution/canceled
execution —->resloved/canceled
canceled —-> review/requirements/execution
resolved —-> close ritm
First review task should create then by changing custom state in sc task further tasks should created with respected opt custom state in new task.
And previous task should get closed complete.
once user opt for canceled the canceled task will create after that the opted task should reopen even if it is closed complete.
