I want to thanks the community so far for the responses and patient whil i am learning. I have been going between chatgpt and copilot to try and get my answers before coming here with mixed results. Is there a better option available.

You need to know what you are doing, before you can use AI to assist. Asking AI to write you a script to do something, will cause you to spend a lot of time on troubleshooting and getting it right.
Asking an ServiceNow trained AI to optimize a script you already had, will work, as long as you check the changes.
And always remember: any AI tool is trained on multiple sources, so not specific to your instance. It could take more time to feed the information that AI needs to get an answer, than to just do it yourself.

Hi @markdart It depends. If you ask me, I prefer ChatGPT 70% and Copilot 30%. Sometimes, I intentionally miss the answer to encourage my own learning.
