Hi Everyone,
I have a table containing around 300,000–400,000 records. When exporting to Excel, there is a limit of 10,000 records per export.
I need to export all records, but increasing the export limit may impact system performance and slow down the instance.
One approach I am considering is exporting 10,000 records at a time. However, I am not sure how to track which 10,000 records were already exported so that the next export contains the following 10,000 records without any duplicates or missing records.
Has anyone implemented a solution for this requirement? What would be the best approach to export large volumes of records in batches while ensuring each export contains the next set of records?
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Short-term solution:
Change the export/import property limit and then download the data. However, this activity should be performed during off-peak hours to minimize any potential impact on other users and system performance.

Hello @Tejas Adhalrao ,
Navigate on List Layout set the filter you want and above in the url append this line at the LAST :
https://devxxxxxx.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/incident_list.do%3Fsysparm_query%...&CSV&sysparm_default_export_fields_all=true
&CSV&sysparm_default_export_fields_all=true
as far as I know this exports records upto 1 lakh at a time.
If my response helped mark as helpful and accept the solution.
