Best way to sync data between two servicenow Instances?

Hi

 

We have two servicenow instances used in different region users

we are trying to sync data between two instances

we have few tables related to on call we are need them to be insync i.e data needs to be migrated

from one instance to other on daily basis what is the best way to implement this?
